VesselTrack is operated by RB Alliance (NZ) Limited. By using the site, API, or paid plan, you agree to these terms.

VesselTrack provides AIS-derived maritime data for informational and operational awareness purposes only. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted, or unavailable. Do not rely on VesselTrack for navigation, safety-critical decisions, emergency response, or regulatory compliance.

The VesselTrack Pro plan is $17 USD per month unless otherwise stated at checkout. You are responsible for keeping account credentials and API keys secure and for all activity under your account.

Payments are billed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable, including partial-month periods, unused access, or account cancellation, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, attempted circumvention of rate limits or access controls, unlawful use, non-payment, or activity that risks service reliability or security.
